14-day evaluation
New firms without a referral code may evaluate the production product free for 14 days, with up to 3 users. Seat count and payment method are selected at signup; billing starts at the end of the period.
Credits and discounts
Standard annual billing saves 10%; qualifying founding firms receive 50% off the first 25 seats; referrals earn credits up to $250.

Referral program
One monthly subscription credit, capped at $250
The referring firm and the new referred firm each receive a credit against an eligible base subscription invoice. Credits do not apply to storage add-ons, taxes, professional services, or onboarding services.
Referred firm
- 01Enter a valid referral code during initial signup.
- 02Pay the first month upfront and remain active for at least 30 days.
- 03Receive up to $250 as a credit against the second billing period.
- 04Start monthly; switch to annual billing after the first two-month referral cycle.
Referring firm
After the referred firm pays its first invoice, remains active for 30 days, and avoids a refund or chargeback, the referring firm receives a credit against its next eligible unpaid base-subscription invoice.
Each firm may earn up to 3 referral credits in a rolling 12-month period. Credits expire after 12 months if unused, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.
Storage add-ons
Every firm receives 50 GB. Add-ons are billed separately and are not discounted or covered by referral credits.

What the subscription includes
Every subscription includes all CivilOps PM features, unlimited projects, tasks, and milestones, project scheduling, cloud synchronization, Windows and macOS desktop applications, web access, file attachments, in-app notifications, audit history, role-based permissions, firm workspaces, project activity tracking, and 50 GB of engineering document storage.

Every firm receives 50 GB. Additional 100 GB, 250 GB, 500 GB, and 1 TB add-ons are billed separately and are not discounted or covered by referral credits. Billable seats are active firm memberships with workspace access; pending invitations, deactivated users, and removed users do not count.
